    • Develop internal and external communication strategy;
    • Registration in the official catalog (online and print) of the Fair;


    • Creating database of potential partners, collaborators, visitors of the stand where you will be present;
    • Sending newsletters and invitations to potential visitors of the stand of your company;


    • Development of materials for print press and online in the country in which the event will take place; creation of related materials (press layouts, posters, articles, etc.)


  • Creating the calendar of activities, including useful events for networking / participation organized inside the fair or exhibition (conferences, product launches etc.)
  • Placing banners, signs, totems, large stickers in the most visible locations in the whole exhibition.
